Chris Tschirhart currently serves as senior project manager with Baker-Aicklen & Associates in Round Rock, Texas. The Texas Floodplain Management Association (TFMA), in connection with the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM), is a provider of the certified floodplain manager (CFM) designation.
